Save your time and money. It comes with a one year warranty and Govee is unwilling to stand behind their product if it fails after 12 months. Mine started to develop an issue with certain spots losing the ability to get to certain colors. It started with one spot after like 14 months and now less than 2 years after being installed is riddled with these spots. Govee's official response is it's past its warranty so kick rocks.

These are nice and bright.But BEWARE that for the BLACK strips they send out WHITE brackets for installation…. I was frustrated to say the least once I opened the box. I purchased black for a reason, and I find it very confusing as to why Govee would provide white bracket attachements when they provide the appropriate black ones for the indoor black strips, which I have also purchased.

Worked as described and then some. These are great almost too many options.

I bought 5 sets of these Outdoor Neon Rope Lights to really dial in the look of my place, and when they are on, they look absolutely incredible. The diffusion is smooth, and the RGBIC effects are second to none it truly looks like high-end custom neon.Out of the 5 sets, I did run into a quality control issue with 2 of them. A specific spot on the rope went "dead" and refused to change colors or sync with the rest of the strip.I reached out to Govee, and I have to say, their customer service is excellent. They were very quick to send out replacements for the faulty units without any hassle.

Seems like a good quality product so far. You do need to be careful when handling and installing around corners not to do too tight a radius or stretch too much otherwise you could damage the inner LEDs. I am also a bit disappointed that all the schedules and auto run features are executed fromThe cloud and not locally on the device. That means if there are any issues with their cloud all the way to your device your program will not execute. I also find that even when the auto run schedule do work properly there can be a lag of a minute or two for their servers to send the command and for your lights to activate. Not a big deal but would prefer more precise timing. For the premium cost of these light I would have expected all the functions including schedules would be handled inside e controller and the app would merely update this profiles when you make changes. Besides that , I am happy with the product so far and the quality of the lighting, colors, and features I like. If they can move all the functions and schedules on board I would give 5 stars. Not a huge deal but an area for improvement.
