It depends on scope. As a guide, a 2–3 BHK apartment with smart switches, curtains and locks typically starts around ₹2–3 lakh; a fully automated villa with lighting design, climate, security, cinema and enterprise Wi-Fi runs ₹15–25 lakh and up. You receive an itemised, GST-inclusive BOQ before anything is ordered — no surprises.
Usually not. Aqara and Lockin systems are wireless (Zigbee, Thread, Wi-Fi) and retrofit onto standard Indian switchboards and doors. For new construction we can also design fully wired Loxone systems. We'll recommend the right architecture for your stage of work.
Yes — most of our projects are retrofits. Smart switches replace your existing switches on the same wiring, curtain motors fit onto existing tracks, and locks fit standard doors. Typical retrofit time for a 3 BHK is 2–3 days.
