Bought one and it was the wrong size for some reason, bought a second one as I enjoyed the T2 and the calibration is terrible and the lights were flickering nonstop. Probably RMA issues or something but I give up. Not gonna try it any more.

One week past the return/exchange date in a corner of the lights stopped working. Definitely not what I expected from a brand like Govee. Very disappointed now I’m out $200. I would not recommend.

The Good:When it works, the Govee TV Backlight 3 Pro is incredible. The colors are vibrant, the response time is snappy, and it adds amazing immersion to your living room.​The Bad:Quality control is a major issue. Right out of the box, one of the cameras did not work. Because one side of the dual-camera sensor is completely dead, the color matching is broken, making the whole system useless.​The Ugly:Govee's customer support makes a bad situation worse. Their responses are painfully slow, taking days just to get a single reply. Worse yet, despite clear proof of a hardware defect, support refuses to replace the device and just gives you the runaround.​Verdict:Great tech completely ruined by awful customer service. Only buy this if you are willing to gamble on getting a perfect unit, because if it's broken, support won't help you.

This product was not worth the purchase. The main issue is that the sensor only reads color from the top portion of the screen. Watching movies in letterbox format exposes the product’s biggest flaw.Because the top of the screen is often black during letterboxed movies, the lights do not respond properly. Instead of matching the colors on the actual picture, the system appears to read the black bar at the top and only shines the default color set in the app.For anyone using a large TV or watching a lot of movies, this product is very disappointing. The concept sounds good, but the design does not work well in real viewing conditions. I would not recommend buying it.

I’m giving this 4 stars only because the LEDs in the Pro kit seem shorter than the TV 3 backlight I previously had, even though both are made for 65” TVs.Overall, I can say the camera performance is much better, but it’s hard to notice a big difference in the LED lighting itself.The main reason I upgraded was because I was having connectivity issues with my mesh network, and so far this one has had no issues at all.
